So I plan on building a computer with a $700 budget. I plan on installing Windows 7 and any 2TB hard drive. Give me some suggestions, as I want to build a gaming computer that can run most games on the best setting.

The Phenom II is a slower processor as I've heard.  I'd go with an i5 or i7 dual or quad core with the "same" power.
