There are numerous ways to do it, but I'd suggest to just use supports.

It's very simple code, I have a script that I made a while back that overrides the error entirely. However, you may not have it.

One reason it was failed was that it could make floating bricks easily, as well as using it to stuff flying bricks all over instead peoples builds and houses. Abusive.
