how do you make face and torso decals?

OK I LOOKED AT THE TUTORIALS AND THEY DIDNT WORK is it

make it transperent

And get yourself sane. There is a tutorial on how to make decals, just search. About your problem:
- Are they on the right directories?
- Are they 32-bit?
- Is your Blockland corrupted?
- By the way, your decal could use some improvements.

it dose :P and my bl is curuptded i think maybe I DONT KNOW :(

it needs improves and  mario i know it isnt transperent idk way it change maybe cause i had to send it threw E-mail but enyway it dosnt show up in you player or not? and i cant make it 32 bit the highest is 16

The decal's fine!
Make sure you put them on the right directories: base/data/shapes/player/decals and base/client/ui/avataricons/decal
If it still doesn't work, reinstall Blockland.
