Wait, You can't change the Glass Colors? You must have Win7 Basic or something. My dad's Desktop doesn't have the Glass Changer, And installed Windows 7 Basic on it.

I have Home Premium and I can change the colors just fine, it's not the colors I dislike, it's the theme appearance. So basically I want new taskbar with different shape and such.
