Dunno why I didn't think of this earlier, you're getting them after track, and headaches are from muscles in the head, without water a muscle cramps up causing pain, so you're probably dehydrated; Drink water and relax is all I can think of right now.
i drank a lot of water before and after i ran, but it didnt help that much, when i run i get dehydrated really fast and run for about a mile to a mile and a half with out water, so maybe its that and being out in the heat for a long time

Probably this causing it, and drinking while running will just make you cramp up more, so just carry a cold water bottle or anything cold really with you when you run and when you start to feel dehydrated put the cold thingy on the back of your neck, which will cool down the arteries, which will carry cooler blood throughout your body, which will slow dehydration. Also a trick I learned that kinda helps is putting water in your mouth and spitting it out, makes me feel a bit better while running. BUT I'm no doctor/coach so Idunno talk with your track coach for better stuffs I guess.

Put a little bit of salt in your water. That one important detail is often ignored and could possibly end this.
Not a ton of salt though, Just to replace the salt you lost through sweat.
