And oh my god it is amazing. It used to have Windows XP and I couldn't run anything. The most I got to run was Half Life 1, not even source, and it got about 40 FPS. Now with Ubuntu, it runs smooth, and I can now run Minecraft on it, rather than not even being able to launch it with out the entire system crashing.
What is Ubuntu? Its basicly Linux, but better. It has a workspace switcher, and it comes it has a shop, like The App store, or Android market.
How easy is it to install? Pretty goddamn easy. You can load it from a disk, run it from the disk, then load it on to the laptop, with out using the disk. It also is like a Mac, so no BSoD, or Malware.
