Clan PM (Scripters Needed)

Hey guys I am currently working on a GUI like IRC but for my clan and I have the GUI done but need a scripter to code it for me you will get credit in the gui it just needs these things from IRC sorta, /ban command /kick command /mute command and the messaging part you know like the message bar and the send button to send the message same with enter and the message box like the main RTB Channel

Think of it like this its sort of a simple PM system with one main window and as you type it lists it to the others
