That's not too hot for a graphics card, however the CPU should be a little cooler. Is this on idle?
You shouldn't worry until your CPU reaches 65C to 70C on full load.

Like Ethan said, you shouldn't worry unless you hit 70c.

You can do a lot of things but the main way to get it cool is buy a case with good airflow and fans & vents.  You can also buy a third party CPU cooler and thermal paste, since usually stock coolers and paste don't do as good.

What is the video card?
Most modern PCBs are built to withstand 90C to 100C without burning out. Some really new ones can take 110C.

I don't have loving air conditioning.

That will be fine at 65C.
