Today is the 236th anniversary of the forming of the United States Marine Corps.

As some of you may know, I am now an enlisted USMC soldier. Hotel Company, 7th Batallion. Graduated November 4th 2011. Boot camp is nowhere near Full Metal Jacket. At all. There's actually less PT than you may think, there's a lot of classroom stuff. If you don't like people yelling at you, don't join. If you don't like being corrected, don't join.
