War (We need people to join!)

So basically you make a country (Or a city and work for one of the made up country's) And you wage war against other country's. There will be 1 umpire on  weekends it will be me on other days such as weekdays a umpire who can watch over and make decisions will be decided on. A country post's it's actions and the country it is waging war against will make a decision then the umpire will decide on the outcome.
