Alright then.

The Terragen looking exterior is quite boring, and the trees are colored oddly. Try building your trees instead of using the default pine brick.
The interior is bland being boxy and all, add some decor other than furniture. The rooms are a bit small, and the ceilings are a bit low. Try extending the rooms and making them bigger. The furniture is alright. I can tell what it is at least, but it doesn't really fit with the build style along with the room size themselves.
The hole in the wall is nice. Good use of ramps.
Overall I rate this build a 6.5/10. Not really that special, but a nice effort. ..And turn your texture quality up.

Was that feedback good enough for you?
That's very good, thank you. The terragen looking terrain is inevitable, though, because I need to blend in with the surroundings. I always line things up with the grid anyway; I've never known how to do it any differently without using a ton more bricks. However the same thing was happening with the pine trees; everyone in the area was overusing the pine tree bricks to a ridiculous extent.
The interior is supposed to be a little Spartan, but I see your point. The ceilings cannot be any higher without it being taller than an 8x cube. I can't extend the rooms much; in most cases not at all. It would require massive terrain modification to make anything a good bit different.
The couch was made in an attempt to make it still futuristic while looking like it belonged both in a house and a lab. Didn't really work that well.
