Animated Avatar Help

Take each frame of the image, trans it, save em all, then get a gif animator and animate.

Thats the problem the gif animator makes the transparent parts of the images black.

Black removal may not be full, used a quick macro to detect the black delete it and then gif it.

Well there is white around the edges, but it's better then the black.
