The rear was designed to be a swim platform. That's why it's so low to the water.

Well way back when I had a boat called the
Ocean Breeze. Unfortunately I lost that save a few months ago, which is why I am currently drawing up floor plans for the SHS Ocean Breeze II. Will post my drawings as soon as they're finished.
