So, I was bored and wanted to check out the Diablo website for the first time. I was amazed by the way logo looked for Diablo III.

Now my question, how could I recreate the wavy light effects in the background?

if you search how to make a smoke effect, than just add a bunch of translucence and glow to it, it might emulate it.
