How would I go about listening to youtube while playing a game?

So I want to play some music while in League of Legends, but I dont have any music on my system so the only way I can go about it is to listen to youtube.

But as it turns out, its a pain to switch videos every few minutes.

Assuming a song is just three minutes, that's only twenty songs needed.
