Author Topic: Steam be messin with me  (Read 474 times)

I can't really say much about this.

You set yourself to appear offline and somehow managed to slip in the "k" in between Online and Offline.

Are you saying I edited this?

Are you saying I edited this?
That is also a possibility, but I never assumed that.

However, because you asked if I did assume that then it means you likely did.

Well, it's pretty impossible. There's an annoying gradient behind the text that's impossible to reproduce. Try looking at it with those metadata brown townyzer things.

Not saying you're lying, but it is possible, just select the whole gradient, but have the selection's width only be 1 pixel long, then stretch it, it didn't even take me a second to do in Paint.NET

Also, i've had a similar problem happen when i've lost connect to Steam as well as some other people, i'm offline, but i see friends signing on and i'm able to talk to them

This can also happen when you have a high latency
i would know because i always idle at 2000 latency

plus there's still the issue of adding text. What font is that anyway.

But yeah, it was probably a steam glitch
