My audio panel is flashing nearly almost every 4 seconds that I have plugged in and plugged out something from my audio jack, when I haven't. It's annoying because I can't even listen to anything with this problem.

It only happens when listening to anything.

It get's fixed when there's something plugged into both audio connecters, both front and back. It doesn't matter what's plugged in there though.

Go to dxdiag, and tell me what your sound drivers are.
