Tf2 problem

When I start up my Tf2 I get to the loading screen, when I am supposed to be at the menu, it flashes me out to my desktop, then when I try to click on the tab, itll just flash to a black screen then back to my desktop a few times

I already reinstalled..

Skip the valve opening by pressing spacebar.

If that don't work, reinstall.

it isnt the intro thing, its the menu, I just cant load it for some reason.. I get to the part where I see a map in the background, then after its done loading, It goes to desktop

yes It just for some reason now its not working...
any way to disable fullscreen from the launch options? Ive never looked at them

-sw -noboarder gives you a window with no boarder which you can fit to your screen to make it look like fullscreen
