I had my dedicated server started yesterday but the power went out so know I go to start it and everything will load and all but when I go to check in the server list its not there.

That's happened to me, try using "Query LAN" and it will be there, people should be able to join it like normal.

No didn't work but I realized that both of the dedicated server starters start LAN both of them.

If you set up port forwarding but didn't set up a static IP, it's likely that your computer's IP changed.
If this is the case, just change the port forwarding settings to match your computer's new IP.

Also try entering WebCom_PostServer(); in the console

The internet dedicated will still show up in LAN because the server is on your LAN
