I did some dance move one night, and I ended up with a pulled muscle, kinda close to my spine, yet painful enough to where I can't take in a deep breath without it hurting.

It's like having a crick in your neck, but it's in your back.


Anyway, I tried dubstep dancing a few minutes ago, and it made it worse.

Sometimes when i breathe/exhale, i get this pain in my chest, but it goes away sometime later in the day

Nonono, Like it hurts to move a certain way.
Can't squinch my arms inward from behind. Can't bend to the sides that much either.

I think I gave myself athsma because I liked to breathe really loud and shallow to try and be funny.

I've had a pulled muscle in my back, it hurts like a bitch. I remember laying on my bed and whenever I went to get up the pain would take my breath away.

Unfortunately, their is no quick way to fix it. You pretty much just need to rest and make sure to avoid strenuous activities on your back. To help deal with the pain take medicine and use a warm pad or something similar.
