I need help, I don't know how to put a .gif file as my avatar. Do I need some kind of program? Because on other forums i'm able to do it easy. Please help.

What problem are you actually having? Does it note animate? Do you have one set up? Animated GIF avatars must be 75x75, or else the auto-resizing stuff on the board only does the first frame.

Well... What I do is just right click a GIF that I want. Then click "View Image Info". A little window should pop up and there will hopefully be a button that says "Save As". Click it. Save it to your desktop or where ever you want. So, you just have to go to where you edit your BL Forums profile information. Click browse, and finish the rest just as you would to make your avatar a picture. Also I have Windows XP Media Center Edition if that would have to do with any of this.

this, and if any image has to be auto-resized, it screws up animation, transparancy, and quality. just resize it yourself.
