My computer has a 3 GHz processor with 8 GB memory and 919 HDD. I think that's good, seems like that. It is -- Or, at least, was originally -- an HP and has been very reliable. It was just about $400 after all was said and done, but I also had a friend construct it for me, so I don't know how helpful that is. I'd say that anything you're looking for that is pre-built will range from $350 to $500, not including any updates you may want/have to make. :o
