Installed RTB 4 losts of times,wont show up!

Installed RTB 4 losts of times,wont show up!,when i first installed it didn't work, i kept trying it, still didn't work, HELP!

Where are you installing it to? As of Blockland: Version 20, Add-ons should be installed to the Blockland add-ons directory in your "Documents" folder, not C:/Blockland or C:/Program Files/Blockland
