My internet was acting strange for a week or so and I've investigated a bit and found this.

 Its entirely filled with these... I've looked into them and they sound bad. What should I do? I'm going to call my ISP pretty soon.

I'd suggest trying to turn off your router's firewall and see if it fixes the problem.

I guess I could try that, but I have no way of knowing weather it is working or not.
Might add, When I try to play multilayer on Assassin's creed brotherhood on the xbox, if I join a party, I lost connection to live.
