how do i download wiremod for garrys mod?

i downloaded from wiremod.com or whatever it was. i followed the easy instructions but whenever I start my game in single-player, it won't work. how do I install it

This kinda belongs in games, but whatever.

Anyway, you did it wrong. What you have to do is:

• Download TortoiseSVN.
• Install it, then open it up.
• Go into your garrysmod folder, and create a file called wiremodCO.
• After creating the folder, right click it and click on 'SVN Checkout'; this option should have a picture of a tortoise next to it.
• It will prompt you for a web address. Use the following:
  https://wiremod.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wiremod/trunk/
  If it prompts you for a username and password, use anonsvn for both.
• After the download is completed, move all the contents of the wiremodCO folder to your Garry's Mod addons folder.
• Once you've moved everything, delete the wiremodCO folder; there won't be anymore use of it.

You can update Wiremod by right clicking on the folders and pressing SVN update.

It is a bit complicated, and will require a bit of your time.

Also, Wiremod is a lot like VCE for Blockland, except it's a lot more complicated. I recommend using the advanced wiring tool, rather than the normal one because you get a list of inputs and outputs you can scroll through, rather than just a little tile telling you the input/output.
