What you need to do is find something you really enjoy doing that takes your mind off everything going on. Not just in this situation, but any situation.

Personally whenever I get down about something I take my ATV out for a ride. Doing stunts and riding my quad takes my mind off everything else in the world. You just need to find your personal thing to do that.
