Torrents are not just for illegal things. They are used for everything.
As long as it is not illegal, related to piracy etc etc, then it's fine.

ok Question time: Im trying to torrent a file that contains Flash Elements, Symbols and stuff from Homestuck Flashes. Downloading each and every one of them would be a pain in the ass. However it keeps stopping at 89.1% and i cant find anything on it. Im pretty sure its the torrent because i can get other stuff just fine.

Doesnt do anything. The highest download rate i can get is 0.1 kB/s

If i dont keep the window open for a while and then i go back to the torrent page, the download rate suddenly jumps up

I think that's why. You need to find someone who's already got the whole torrent downloaded to seed it again.

Its the only Torrent i can find that is the one i want. All the other ones are Search engines found by google.
