DON'T STORE THE GUNPOWDER RINGS NEAR WATER, IF THEY GET WET THEY WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN.
PFFTTT. We (me and my brother, back when we would spend like $30 a week on the rings) would just drop them on the concrete patio behind our house when we were done and they worked fine :)
I never followed any of those rules when i played with them :D
