Author Topic: TED: Ideas Worth Sharing  (Read 270 times)

I love this site, and if you haven't heard of it, I highly suggest you take some time to look through all the talks. I'm more than certain you can find something interesting, and I suppose this thread is to discuss your favorite TED talks.

Basically, TED is a site with tons of videos of presentations people have given sharing ideas about technology, business, design, science, etc... Please please please check them out, and post your favorite talks here for other people to take a look at.

I'll start by posting my absolute favorite talk, by Simon Sinek. It's called "How Great Leaders Inspire Action", i believe. Check it out here.

Some of the ideas investigated in these presentations are truly eye-opening, and a lot of them may delve into a topic some of you may be considering as a career, or as an area of interest in the future.

I watched a video in math on how if you have a line with a point in space somewhere else, and you could only draw one line though that point that would be parallel to the first line. But some people prooved it wrong and there are infinit lines that woud be parrallel to the first line and still go though the other point.

Is it a coincidence that I just started watching these about a week ago. Also, I like the one about the guy who was detained by the FBI and the mustard one.

I see these videos when I brows on wimp.
