You just make the whole building over upsidedown and add transparrency to the floor.

But that's exactly how you do it.

I think it's the build flipped upside down under a layer of transparent plates.

i remember one map a loong time ago that actually reflected the map below you. idk if that's possible anymore.

And I thought I was the only one who noticed.

Just to make sure you know, Badspot removed the ability to create real mirrors in Blockland because people would use them and then complain about the lag, when the only way Torque can do mirror effects is by replicating everything it sees. You put it in front of a built, the datablock count doubles. Too problematic.
