My headphones keep draining and changing the songs

I have a MP3 player with a faulty headphone jack. It sounds identical to this problem.
What I do is I pull the headphone plug out part way, I'd say 1 to 2 millimeters out of the jack. Let it rest there, and it should be fine. You could also try turning it round.

You probably forgeted the jack up and you're not getting all of the channels. Buy new headphones or solder a new jack to the end of the cord.
