At Ethan: Its a very basic form of echo location, although I don't believe you would be able to "See" color with it.
Green in a scientific way, is when electro-magnetic radiation with the wave length of about 550 nano meters bounces off of receptors in the retina. This then sends a signal to your brain. This is how you perceive color and light.
In a blind persons perspective, it is what you imagine it as. You don't have the chains of reality to tell you what green is or is not. It can be the best thing in the world to you, or can be the worst. Green in short is what you want it to be.
