Author Topic: What would you define as the "black experience"?  (Read 550 times)

As a project for my debate club, I have to argue who's teachings were closer to the Black experience; Martin Luther King Jr. or Malcolm X? The only problem is I cannot exactly find what the black experience means. If you could try, please give me a serious answer. I'd like to have this done as soon as possible.

Try and be someone's slave for a year. Or be the 'odd' person who is excluded from everything. Then segregate yourself from everyone and use the horribly demented facilities.

here come the monday jokes

I'm hoping that this doesn't happen.

Down a dark alley, being stabbed by numerous African Americans is a pretty good black experience.

Don't. I'd like a very serious answer. Getting into the club is very important to me.

well, seeing as there's martin luther king and malcom x, it's probably the person who was closest to ending segregation
