When i dont have rtb installed it works but when i do have it on it sometimes works

I believe you're using Mac, after running your image through an EXIF website. Mac's have a limited number of allowed connections or something, and RTB surpasses it usually in an attempt for functionality. As such, it messes up other things. Haven't heard of any solutions as of yet.
