I make on average $300 every two weeks. About half goes to gas and the rest I put in my account. I'm currently putting money aside to pay for my cars new touchscreen stereo system.

On topic though I would say get the phone. If you have gone that long with the crack I'm sure it can wait until your next paycheck.
