How do you event a clock?

So I was on my server today trying to make a clock. After about 1 hour, I still didn't have a working clock. Could someone tell me how to event one. Thank you for your time.

Since it's difficult to actually explain, I made a bedroom save using only default addons for you to mess with.

It's really not that hard.

use a relay every second to incriment a print brick, when that overflows incriment the next one
when the 2nd brick (10 seconds place) receives 6 relays, then go back to 0 and incriment the minutes, and so on
