Mission Editor problems

I recently was wondering where my keybind of mission editor was and why it wasn't working. Client_MissionEditor.zip is in the Add-Ons folder in My Documents but apparently it will not work in-game...I recently grabbed the file again from Space_Guy's topic and I could not get it to work after re-downloading the file. Hopefully this is some easy problem to fix and that someone knows how to fix it, if so please reply.

Make sure you're the one hosting, and you're hitting F11.
If it still doesn't work, try removing any other client-sided Add-Ons and see if it works.

I have every Client-Sided mod removed except for BlockOS 5.0 and it still will not work.

It's not even executing.
Are you sure you're doing it right?
Try making sure there's a client.cs in the zip, or try redownloading it.

Everything is in the folder that should be there, I have tried re downloading it and this problem still exists. Possibly it could be BlockOS stopping it from executing

Yeah, try moving it and seeing if it works.
