Help with installing Return to Blockland

Well,i'm not sure if it is a problem with blockland,but I ahve only one program in the blockland folder,named and I quote 'BlocklandLauncher' any help will be appreciated

(I have Windows Xp and a GS8600 graphic card,really good.)
