Advanced, weapons and features on current guns, scripter needed (Updated)

Hi guys, I have decided that a lot of weapons in Blockland are less than good. Infact, I some times find them really bad, I have decided to recruit a scripter to re-edit addons and add new features while taking no credit for them, these new weapons I want to have are some than like:

1-Iron sights

2-Undermounted Gernade Launcher

3-Undermounted Shotgun

4-Better weapon icons (Pretty good for the most part)

5-Laser dot projecting (If even possible)

6-Long range scopes

7-Better interactive reloading, considering it seemed kinda dull

8-More blowback

9-sprinting variety on weapons (Not just the recently posted ones)

10-Jamming (For a more realistic effect, for every 35 shots you take, you misfire and are not able to fire for 3 seconds) (Chance roll)

You could at least tell us what weapons you want to edit, and you can also ask the creator to do it instead of doing it yourself, it can some times offend someone.

These are terrible. We need less weapons like this, the only time reloading looks good is when it's T+T.

Its kinda hard to turn Blockland into Battlefield 3.

Also, these "crappy" weapons are kinda what makes Blockland itself.

I've got a few ideas that have been used already, but nobody else save a few people have actually used them
I'm planning to go in-dev when I get the chance.
