Every time I download an add on, I have to uninstall and reinstall bl, but it gets broing, so is there any other way to get the add ons working?

yes, you download them normally, I don't see why you have to reinstall

Can you please explain a tad more clearly what the problem is? I think I understand what you are trying to say but I am not quite sure.

Put them in the Add-Ons folder in your Blockland folder. This Blockland folder is located in your Documents folder. Then restart Blockland.

A low quality computer doesn't make things work improperly.

The problem is that you're still trying to put add-ons in C:\Program Files\Blockland or C:\Blockland

Use the Blockland folder that's in "My Documents" or "Documents" instead.
