I just dug out a bunch of SNES emulators from my droor that are like 3 years old and when i open the zip it has SMC files, ill keep checking but i wanna know what they are.

A .SMC file is a Super Nintendo ROM image.

You extract the zip, and open the .smc with ZNES or Snes9x or whatever emulator you use.

I found the program, locking, BTW its called like snes9x or something.
