i'm not usually one to praise CoD, and BO's campaign was as short as any other, but holy stuff Reznov was as awesome as he was in WaW. And I was very sad when Dimitri died. Reznov was right, Dimitri should've died in Berlin after placing the soviet flag on to reichstag instead of being gassed so their commander could see the effects of nova 6. I salute you, Dimitri.

In a realistic sense, you would've been so weak and disoriented from getting shot that you wouldn't have been able to shoot him.

In a gaming sense, they made it so you can't actually shoot Makarov. That would forget up the storyline.
