you can go to the oblivion places (or was it morroworingd) in skyrim via noclipping or something right

This is on a different platform, my computer can't run Skyrim /;

Also, that white-gold tower bit was filmed in Oblivion. You can see it in Skyrim from a distance but it's an out-of-bounds 2D model.
