My only suggestion: Look on third party sites, especially Amazon.
For both my Dell Latitude D610 and currently my Acer Extensa 4620, they both had batteries costing from like $110+ from their manufacturers sites. But on Amazon, you can get higher capacities for cheaper, like around $40-50.
get a new charger, google is your friend. just find the name and other info about it.
Battery =/= charger
