RTB Not Opening

When I restarted Blockland and went to open RTB it wouldn't open. I went to the Controls tab under Options to make sure everything was ok and I realized that the keybind to open it wasn't there. Just to make sure I added the keybind that I used for RTB for something else and it didn't ask me if I wanted to do it because this key was already in use. I don't know what happened or how I can fix it. Please help.

You dont enable it thru that. You do have RTB and its function is god according in the corner. Its default key bind is shift tab. Change it in options once you get there
