How exactly are you downloading your Add-Ons? Download it, save it to your desktop - it should be a .zip - then drag it into your Add-Ons folder.

Alright, open your Downloads folder. Client_UserContent.zip should be in there. Drag and drop it into your Add-Ons Folder.
