Video editing question

Hey I have installed Roxio Game Capture and it came with a editing software for my videos....but when I put the text in the video it all goes good except for it just disappears and I am trying to make it fade away. Can anyone help me with this?

But then I got Adobe Create Suite 5 for Christmas.
