everything seems to be running fine as well.
i was doing this primarily to fix wmvcore.dll errors, since I didn't have WMP12, and WMP11 was not installing correctly.

i honestly think this is pretty cool.

(yes this involved turning off a feature of windows 7 and involved 1 or 2 registry tweaks, but it was worth it.)
