I saw it somewhere ALOT time ago. It was a cs file you put the address of what you wanted to make poeple that joined your server download.

Ex. make them download face decals

Making one of these would be technically illegal as you could create exe files.

That's my Decal Downloader, it was only for Decals nothing else.

Couldn't it possibly be used to force people into downloading viruses?

But you'd get a bit suspicious at the larger than normal decal.

Just like the decal virus, it downloaded itself to clients who joined a server to it and then the original decal of Blockland would overlap yours. If you hosted with it, they'd get it. It died out because of file detection used on it, I think.

Rtb made it delete decal.jpg on exit.

...TBM had this gui that warned you if you had decal.jpg when you tried to start up a server and wouldn't let you start until it was deleted.
