Depends, flying like Stuntplane or Magic Carpet?

The stuntplane one does need wheels and should have wheel hubs.

Magic Carpet doesn't need any wheels.

Look in the scripts - Stuntplanes are "FlyingWheeledVehicles" and Carpets "FlyingVehicles".
